So...what's next?

We are so touched by the overwhelming response to our recent announcements.  Thank you for all of your heartfelt words of kindness.  

* If you have placed orders in recent weeks please know that our team is working hard to fulfill them but due to the increased volume it's taking us a little bit longer than usual.

We want to clarify a few points:

• Our facility in Oakville Ontario will continue to operate on production throughout the summer, but our OAKVILLE SHOWROOM will be closed until further notice.  Orders placed until June 29th & June 30th will be processed AS USUAL and our team will be there to assist with order picks ups.

• Many of you have shared feedback on products you "can't live without!"  We thank you and will take ALL of your wonderful comments into consideration as we embark on re-imagining our future throughout the summer.

• Our newsletter communications will be light throughout July & August 2024 but we will share important messages as well as hints of what's to come.  Please follow our Instagram accounts for up-to-date information.

• We will be working behind the scenes on charting our new path forward.  Our subscribers will get exclusive advanced notice of new things to come.  (Our Inner Circle members will get extra advanced notice!)

• This will be a cherished time of reflection and re-creation.  We appreciate all of you and we believe that something even better will emerge.

Serving you, our Maison Apothecare and Lemon Aide community, is a huge honour and we can't wait to re-connect and reveal the future of our company.  

We hope you take inspiration from our necessary "pause" and that you enjoy some down time with your loved ones (and the many products you have stocked up on ;)
