Where is Lemon Aide available now?
Lemon Aide is no longer available through this website however there are a number of options for purchasing Lemon Aide. You may find Lemon Aide online at well.ca and other fine e-commerce companies or at your local grocery store.
How long are your ship times?
Shipping costs are calculated at check out. Free shipping will apply after you reach $59.00 before taxes within Canada and the USA *some exclusions apply. If applying a promo code, shipping is calculated after the code is applied. We try and get your order out as soon as possible but generally it takes 2-3 business days to process. As soon as your items are packed and ready to leave our warehouse, average ship times are approximately 6 - 9 business days depending on time of year.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages via a third party. Please note if a tracking number is provided and shipping confirmation is indicated you will need to follow up directly with the shipping company for instance Canada Post, FedEX, CanPar, Loomis, etc. to initiate a claim. We can assist as needed.
Free pickup at our Oakville Tuck Shop?
Yes, absolutely. We offer free curbside pickup at our warehouse in Oakville, Ontario. Simply choose that option when checking out. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Curbside pick up hours are posted on our “Visit Us” page.
Returns
If you believe your purchase is defective or otherwise problematic, please contact us by emailing sales@maisonapothecare.ca
We are unable to accept returns purchased from other retailers who carry our products. These items must be returned at their respective stores. Please check their websites for their return policies.
I have allergies. Where can I see your ingredients list?
Please email us at sales@maisonapothecare.ca for a detailed listing of all of our ingredients or ask in-store. Our sales team is highly knowledgeable regarding all of our products and they will gladly help you with any questions.
What are essential oils? Why do you use these?
Essential oils are the concentrated oils found in plants (leaves, petals, stems, rind and roots). The spray you notice when you peel an orange, the aroma you smell when you press lavender between your fingers are the essential oils of those plants. Essential oils are composed of naturally occurring chemical compounds which have properties (such as antiseptic and anti-fungal).
However, new research is indicating that essential oils can have beneficial effects on moods and even memory! It's common for people to mistake synthetic fragrances with essential oils but once you get on the path of using essential oils in daily life, you'll never go back and your nose will definitely know the difference!
